How long does a frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycle take?

A typical FET cycle takes 4-6 weeks from period start to transfer. Medicated FET cycles begin with estrogen around cycle day 2-3, progesterone starts about 2 weeks later, and transfer occurs 5-6 days after progesterone begins. Natural FET cycles follow your ovulation, with transfer 5-7 days after LH surge.
