IVFPath requires an account to use. When you create an account, your data is stored in secure cloud storage:

• Cloud Storage: All your data (medications, appointments, lab results, cycles) is synchronised to secure cloud servers
• Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
• Sync Across Devices: Access your data from any device by logging in
• Offline Cache: A copy is cached locally on your device for offline access
• Security: Protected by industry-standard security measures

3. Who Can Access Your Data

• You: Full access to all your data
• Cloud Service Providers: Infrastructure providers have technical access subject to their security controls
• IVFPath Team: Limited technical access for support and debugging (not routinely accessed)
• Law Enforcement: May request data with valid legal process
• Other Users: CANNOT access your data

We respect your privacy. We do not:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Share information with marketing companies
• Track you across other websites
• Send promotional emails without your consent
• Use cookies for advertising purposes

• Cloud Authentication & Database: Secure user authentication and data storage services
• AI Chatbot Assistance: AI-powered help and guidance (your questions are processed by AI services but not stored permanently)
• Web Hosting: Secure infrastructure for delivering the application

These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and security standards. We select providers with strong privacy and security practices.

• Delete: Remove all data permanently (Settings → Data → Clear All Data)

• Export: Download PDF/ICS files of your data

8. Data Retention

We retain your data until you delete it. There is no automatic deletion. To delete your account and all associated data: Settings → Data → Clear All Data

9. Children's Privacy

IVFPath is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy. Check the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
