What should I do after embryo transfer?

After embryo transfer, continue your progesterone medications as prescribed, rest for 24-48 hours (bed rest not required), stay hydrated, avoid strenuous exercise and heavy lifting, and wait for your beta HCG blood test around 9-14 days post-transfer. The embryo will implant within 1-5 days.
